Through the generosity of Missouri Foundation for Health and the Washington University in St. Louis, Park Central Development is expanding our fresh, contact-less, grocery delivery program to additional neighborhoods in our service footprint.

Starting April 30th, the Kindness Groceries Outreach Program at Park Central will be partnering up with the St. Louis Food Angels to deliver fresh produce, meats and diary to our vulnerable populations of seniors, families with children and immunocompromised households in Academy/Sherman Park, Fountain Park, Lewis Place and the West End. We will be partnering from local neighborhood grocery stores like Fields Foods and Sav-A-Lot to order fresh fruits and vegetables, meat products and diary goods that will provide a nutritional supplement to our hardest hit neighborhoods during this COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, our contact-less grocery delivery program is preventing hundreds of household members from going out to purchase food, and thus, following the necessary shelter-in-place orders to prevent the spread of this disease.

Want to learn more or sign-up for the program? Please contact our Resource Specialist, Nanyamka Brown, at 314-643-8261 Mondays thru Fridays from 9-5pm to sign-up for a FREE bag of groceries during the month of May and June 2020.
