Community Impact Fund
What is the Community Impact Fund?
The Park Central Community Impact Fund will be used for home repair funding for residents, ADA accommodations, utility assistance, infrastructure, improvements, beautification & economic development.
This fund will prioritize home repairs to residents & provide both direct assistance to area homeowners and leverage grants and partnerships for larger home repair efforts within the Park Central Footprint for 2019.
Who qualifies?
Park Central recognizes that as our neighborhoods develop, we have a duty to help seniors and long-term existing stakeholders to remain in our neighborhoods to maintain equitable, mixed-income communities. The priority neighborhoods are:
- Fountain Park/Lewis Place
- Forest Park Southeast
- Tiffany
