The Forest Park Southeast Dog Park is located in Chouteau Park at the corner of Chouteau and Newstead. To apply, submit an application, liability waiver, dog(s) vaccination records, and payment.  Applications are accepted Mondays and Wednesdays during normal business hours or by appointment.
