Lawn Care

Park Central Development has been provided funding to assist St. Louis City residences who live in the 63110, 63112, 63113, 63108 zip codes and are 60 years and older with lawn beautification.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a St. Louis City Resident

  • Must 60 years of age or older

Services Provided:

  • Grass-cutting

  • Edging

  • Trimming

  • Yard Clean-Up

Once eligibility has been determined, we will provide you with access to upload the necessary documents needed to receive this service.

This application applies to all of our residential services.
