Online Parking Permits

2021-2022 PARKING APPLICATIONS NOW AVAILABLE!

We are currently processing parking applications for 2021-2022. Due to the late start to this year’s parking season as we continue our discussion with the Treasurer’s Office to take over the parking administration, there will be a grace period of 30 days for all residents to apply for their 2021-2022 parking permits. Please continue using your 2020-2021 permits until you receive the new 2021-2022 permits so you won’t get ticketed.

All permits will be mailed out automatically unless noted on the application. Starting July 5th, office hours are available for in-person assistance on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. Permits can be pick-up during this time.

Please Note: Park Central is currently working with the Treasurer’s Office to transition parking administration and there may be an increase in the cost of permits in the future.

To make purchasing parking permits more convenient for residents, we are now accepting online applications and payments.  Please fill out the form associated with your parking district (address) and make the appropriate secure payment for permits ordered. All permits will be mailed directly to your residence. Please allow 10-14 business days to process parking application once submitted.

The cost of a resident permit purchased online is $12.50 each, with the exception of residents in the Chouteau Parking District.  Business permits (limit of 5 per business site) are $17.50 each. This covers processing fees as well as shipping costs. THERE IS A $25 FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS (or permit[s] will be invalidated and the city will issue parking tickets). Parking applications for 2021-2022 are valid for July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 for one flat annual fee. Residents are responsible for renewing their parking permits every year to stay current.

If your parking tag is lost or damaged, a replace permit tag is $5.00. Only one replacement parking permit is allowed per year. For more questions about parking applications, please email: permits@pcd-stl.org.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  17.104.050 Penalty for Violation (Ordinance 67530)

B.  Any person, firm or corporation who shall distribute a resident or visitor parking permit to any person, firm or corporation not authorized to display such parking permit, his or her parking permit shall be suspended by the Traffic and Transportation Administrator for a period not to exceed one year.

PLEASE NOTE: Park Central Development responds to resident complaints about lack of available street parking by assisting in the establishment of a restricted parking district and issues permits.  Park Central does not enforce parking restrictions or issue tickets.  We cannot void a parking ticket or reduce a parking violation fine.
